10 Brain Damaging Habits

Do you consider your health is more important or total money inside your pocket or bank account is more important?

 

Below are some tips to help in keeping your brain in healty condition to help you bring in more and more money into your pocket and bank account. Haha.

 

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
Solutions: remember to eat breakfast no matter how busy you are for the day. It helps to keep you more energetic to process and perform all your work.

 

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
Solutions: do not go for buffet so often :P as normally people will eat as much as hey can so that it worth what they are paying.

 

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
Solutions: DO NOT SMOKE. I never heard any good thing about smoking. Everyone is promoting non-smoking campaign everywhere.

 

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
Solutions: try lessen sugar intake level for your own good. reduce your sugar intake level step by step and not avoid sugar in total as our body do need sugar to work as well. 

 

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
Solutions: plant some small plant in your office or house to purify the air condition and do recycle items that can be recycle.

 

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
Solutions: Studies show that people who sleep between 6.5 hours to 7.5 hours  a night live the longest. And people who sleep more then 8 hours or less than 6.5 hours live quite as long.

 

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
Solutions: Make sure you have enough rest when your bosy hint you to rest.

 

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
Solutions: may take part in organizing some event/activities among friends and  participate in any brainstorm session to train your brain to think more.

 

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
Solutions: share any new idea you have in mind with related personnel and talk to them to further elaborate what you have in mind so that all the cell in your brain will be connected in more efficient way.
